With two indoor rinks and a dryland training center the mantra “Come Early, Stay Lake, Skate Every Day” is embraced by locals. The town hosts youth hockey tournaments nearly every weekend in the winter, bringing top teams from the U.S. and Canada to compete for the rights to be called Hockeytown USA tournament champions.

In the summer, Warroad offers a unique location for players form all around the country to gather for camps. When not competing on the ice, players can often be found enjoying Lake of the Woods, one of the finest walleye lakes in the world, as well as the many hunting, hiking, biking and ATV trails the area has to offer.
